How are NorthTaste All-Natural Seafood Stocks produced?

NorthTaste stocks are produced with a new and innovated process that brings out the natural flavor and qualities of seafood. In the production of NorthTaste, digestive enzymes from the North Atlantic Codfish are used to extract the flavors from the raw seafood.

This is done under very mild conditions with a minimum of heat treatment that preserves the delicate natural characteristics of the seafood. The stock is then concentrated in a low temperature evaporator and frozen. No artificial additives are used, giving the stock the highest purity and natural qualities.

Northtaste is produced under strict government and internal quality management, which meet or surpass worldwide standards. The process method produces a product that is consistent from batch to batch and characteristic of the seafood used in the process.

The process method is patent pending.
